great shows - dave fall | Saturday, February 23, 2008 3:33 PM
Hello all, The last two years I've seen a few great shows at your wonderful arena and just want to say thanks for the great southern rock shows such as the lynyrd skynrd show and Charlie Daniels volunteer jam shows. I raised my kids on rock and now that they have grown I had the oppurtunity to go to the Charlie Daniels shows with my daughter Chanel and friends and my lady love Barbie. Thank you for the great southern rock and I hope you keep bringing the boys from the south back for more shows in 2008. thank you dave
Thanx - Mary from NH | Monday, October 15, 2007 12:53 PM

Summer 2007 - Sharon Sheehan
Just a quick message to say "what a great season at Meadowbrook!" My husband and I have been Gold members since 2003. We've seen some OK concerts and we have seen some absolutely incredible concerts. Our favorites this season were Reba, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Rick Springfield with Eddie Money and Patti Smythe, Vince Gill, and of course The Boston Pops! Sugarland was "out of this world!" We only wish more people would experience what Meadowbrook offers...from the easy access in and out to all the food and snack choices to the always pleasant employees. We would love to see EVERY concert sell out! We look forward to the 2008 season!!
The Absolute Best! - Paula
I just attended my first concert at Meadowbrook 9/3. What a wonderful concert area you have! I have been to many concerts over the past 20 years throughout NH, MA, CT, and RI and the Meadowbrook is the absolute best by far!!!
I can't wait to go back 9/22 for your last concert of the season!
KUDOS!!!!!!
What an Experience - Sue Boppel
After all these years, this year was my first experiences at Meadowbrook and I absolutely love it! Your staff is so friendly and helpful! We love the golf cart driver, who gave us a ride to and from the concert gate! Thank you and please make sure that the proper people see this review! They are to commended for the great venue!
Concerts - Tom & Sandy Mynczywor, Alton
Thank you for another great year. Every year we say to ourselves how lucky we are to have such a great place....Thanks again
Beach Boys/Reminisants Show - Jonny Rotten
The Beach Boys' Concert was one of the best I've seen in the past few years.
They played every one of their hits that I can remember. Although it was great seeing Mike Love and Bruce Johnston, the rest of the band really delivered the music and harmonies I had hoped to hear. The sound was excellent throughout every seating section and the lighting was top notch.
The opening band, the Reminisants, were very entertaining, especially when they celebrated Mr. Harding's birthday by including him in a rendition of "Charlie Brown", by the Coasters. With the weather being close to perfect for an outdoor venue, the friendliness of all the staff and the cleanliness of everything at the facility, it was a great place and a great night for music. Congratulations to Mr. Harding, his family and everyone at Meadowbrook for delivering such an enjoyable experience. Keep up the good work.
The Beachboys & Reminisants - Connie Gallo
You did it again! What a great night my group had.
Last year we saw Gretchen Wilson and The Reminisants and this year the Beach Boys. The Reminisants once again had us jumping and claping from their first song.
Meadowbrook is by far the best venue we've ever attended for a concert. It was terrific to be a part of Bob's birthday.
Hey, he really can sing!
Our best wishes to Bob and his entire staff and thank you for another great evening.
Excellent Feedback on Charlie Daniels Concert - Margo and David Santoro
Meadowbrook US Cellular Pavilion is the best venue in New England for concerts. 4 of us went last weekend (7/27/07) to see Charlie Daniels, Marshall Tucker and The Outlaws and it was an event that could not have been matched anywhere else. The people who work there are amazing, helpful, friendly and attentive. VIP tickets are worth the extra, just to sit and have a beer, or a vodka tonic while you are watching the bands. We have never enjoyed ourselves more, and plan to attend at least one more event this summer, and will definitely have it in our plans every year from here on out. THANK YOU to Bob Hardy, who started this whole fabulous operation, and thank you to everyone who works there for a wonderful time. Oh, and it helped that the bands were GREAT!!! Especially the jam at the end with all the bands together!!! Wooo Hooo
MOODY BLUES CONCERT - Gary Raymond
This was my first concert in over 25 years and it was just wonderful. Not only were the Moodies great, but I have to commend you on your facility and services. I am temporarily physically challenged and your staff did the utmost to make it a comfortable and memorable evening. Kudos to true professionals!
Great Job! - Christina Nelson
I just wanted to drop a note to let you know you are all doing a great job!
My husband and I went to you facility for the first time last summer,it was very pleasant. We stayed at the hotel next door, walked over and ate dinner before the show. The facility was very clean, the workers were very pleanant and overall everything was very well organized. We had Sky Vodka seating and enjoyed ourselves very much. We are planning on making it a tradition to come and see at least one show every summer. We live about 3
1/2 hours away and it is well worth the drive!
Keep up the good work.
Clay Aiken Concert - Susan Martin Hollis N.H.
I wanted to let you know what a wonderful time we had at the Clay Aiken concert. He was wonderful as always and I was very impessed with the way the entire event was run. Everyone is always so friendly and I always enjoy going to concerts at this clean friendy venue. I was amazed too how quickly
we were able to leave after the show was over. Keep up the great work this
is truly the best place to enjoy a great time.
Reminisants - Joanne Tew
I am Joanne Tew, Brand Marketing manager for Foxwoods Casino. I would like to thank you for having the Reminisants spondsored by Foxwoods. After hearing them perform some years back, it was apparent they were crowd pleasers.Their music pleases all ages and their inaction with the crowd makes each performance a unique experience.
Foxwoods is proud to have them represent us.
Big and Rich concert - JUDITH REID
My husband which has deceased came to see the big and rich concert and there was two employees Dot and a gentlemen which i didn't get his name was extremely nice to us. i just want to say that your group of employees are the best. They made our last night out together so wonderful and memorable for me. I just want to thank Dot again from the bottom of my heart in making his dream come true. Thanks Dot and keep up the good work. it is wonderful to know that there are caring souls out there in the world today.
Judy
the reminisants - bill madden
what a pleasant surprise. these guys (the Reminisants) played old time rock & roll at a country & western concert and had the audience standing. talk about a great warm-up act. book them again if possible. (Gretchen Wilson was great too).
MUSIC AT YOUR SERVICE!! - ROLAND GAUDETTE
Hi I have been a insiders gold member now for 5 or 6 years. Recently I saw
the BLACK CROWES at MEADOWBROOK Gilford NH. WOW!!!!!!!! THANK YOU!!! 400 + shows That was by FAAAARRRR the best show EVER!!! GO CROWES!! Thank you Meadowbrook!!!!
the reminisants - Keith Kasprzak
my wife and i are huge country fans and once a year we get together with a group of friends to attend a country music show. last year we went to indian ranch in webster, mass to see patty loveless. this year we read in the paper that gretchen wilson and josh turner were going to be in guilford, nh at the meadowbrook, so we decided to make the trip from western mass. we were a little late getting there, but upon arrival, noticed everyone in the entire venue was clapping and dancing in the aisles. we realized that the band on stage at that time was the reminisants who we saw last year with patty loveless. when we got to our seats we joined the rest of the crowd and never had so much fun.
the meadowbrook facility was immaculate, the staff could not have been nicer and the three bands that night were the consummate entertainers. it was well worth the trip to new hampshire. we'll definitely see you next year!
july 06!! - PAMELA TAYLOR
Hi my husband and I traveled 7 hours to another wonderful concert"Skynard"
is the best and Peter Frampton still brings It.I seen him in 1976-77 in Northern New York. Our home town.I wish we had a nice venue here in St.
Lawrence county New York.
thanks!!
Reminisants - Paul V
Buddy of mine talked me into driving to Meadowbrook from Boston to see Gretchen Wilson. I am not into Country too much but she put on a great show, as did Josh Turner. I do however love the oldies and was blown away by The Reminisants. I saw them a couple of years ago at Boston City Hall Plaza with Paul Revere and the Raiders and they really know how to get the crowd going. Hope to be back to Meadowbrook again next year and would love to see The Reminisants on that big stage again.
Gretchen Wilson Conocert - Bob Brady
One of the best opening acts I've seen. The Reminisants truly know how to get the crowd going. Gretchen WHO????? Hope to see them again at Meadowbrook.
Big & Rich @ Meadowbrook - Jennine
Hi, I have never been to Meadowbrook. Me and a good friend Mike went to see Big & Rich. Mike has been on Kidney Dialsis for the last four years. He recently had a kidney and a pancreas transplant. He went through hell for 4 months in and out of Maine Medical Transplant in Portland. I took that road with him, and I was very happy to hear that he wanted to go see Big & Rich.
He had the best time of his life. I can't wait to take him to another concert. Love Meadowbrook.....
Reminisants - Mr. & Mrs. Ray Larochelle, Peperell, Mass
After seeing the Reminisants for the first time as the headlining act at the Hampton Beach Seafood Festival,my wife and I along with two other couples, deceided that we had such a great time at Hampton that we would make a special trip up to Meadowbrook in Guilford to see them again with Josh Turner and Gretchen Wilson. When we arrived we were amazed at how gorgious the Facility was and the way the whole venue was superior to any other concert series we have been to in the past. Just like the night before, every person in the arena was on their feet dancing and clapping to the Reminisants music. By the time Josh Turner and Gretchen Wilson came out the entire place was in a frenzy. All three bands brought the house down. Can't wait for next year!!!!! Thanks
CONCERTS THIS YEAR - SHARON WESCOMB
I just have to say, my husband and I moved last year to Gilford and went to the bike bash week and .38 special/ Charlie Daniels band and it brought me right back to my teen hood. The pricing is very reasonable. Keep inviting up all the 70/80's groups as well as all the country venues. Thanks for a great summer and venues my children can attend.
A site of a miracle- - Don Poore
My fiancee' is chronically ill with a non-working immune system (chronic fatigue immune and dysfunction syndrome). She isn't able to go to any events where there are a lot of people in an enclosed environment as she is so susceptible to all germs. Once I attended a show, I realized she may be able to manage to go to Meadowbrook. After suffering for over 19 years with no social life, she is now able to attend concerts at your facility thanks to its outdoor placement and "end of the row" seats. There is no other way she could even think of seeing a concert. Thanks to your facility and great staff she is able to have summer concerts to look forward to and enjoy. Her favorite bands are Deep Purple and ZZ Top. I can't thank you enough for helping to contribute to her well being through music.
WOW! 2006! - Darren Gunnerson
Excellent! From Sammy Hagar,Peter Frampton,Lynyard Skynyrd,Gretchen Wilson,Josh Turner to Big & Rich. It has been great!Wish we could have seen more.Hope 2007 is as good. Thanks to all. You have a great thing going! Also keep that Sammy guy coming please!
2006 Season - Mike Armstrong; Millbury, MA
I want to thank Meadowbrook for another fine summer of concerts. My year with Meadowbrook began while there was still tons of snow on the ground with a nice night with the Don Campbell band in the dining hall. I also saw the Willie Nelson opening of the main stage, all 4 days and nights of Bike Bash, Sean Paul, and we closed Meadowbrook with Jon Nicholson and Big and Rich last Friday. We had a great time at each event and are looking forward to 2007.
Reminisants at Meadowbrook - Jan Meades
At the concert with Gretchen Wilson and Josh Turner, an amazing WOW! was for the Reminisants who opened the show. They were incredible as an audience-rouser and they did some fantastic songs to sing along with. As a band who usually advertises "Oldies," they also can do country and popular songs and really get the audience moving. It was a wonderful experience and one that I want to see again! The band is exciting, and I hope the Meadowbrook booking people will get them back for more performances.
Unexpected surprise - Bob & Sally Cook
We Attended the Josh Turner / Gretchen Wilson concert this past weekend and really loved the venue. The opening band, the Reminisants wer as good as the headliners. That hardly ever happens. We'll be back.
Meadowbrook Rocks! - John Shelley
There is NO better facility for seeing a show in the North East. Accoustics and Sound quality is the best, it is clean, beautiful, and well organized.
Saratoga Springs in New York had always been my favorite, but Meadowbrook outshines even them. Even your lawn seats are great. Keep on rockin' you guys! Looking forward to many more great shows. (Hurry up and get Neil Young, ok?!?!?) Thanks for great times and great music.
Reminisants - Stanley Jablonski
Hi - I was at Meadowbrook again, this time to see Gretchen Wilson & Josh Turner. As usual, they put on a good show. But the opening act was even better. I never heard of the Reminsants but if you ever book them again, I'll be sure to come back and see them. Their music was great and they interacted really well with the large crowd. Thanks for all the good shows!
Reminisants - Joe Kuras
I went to Meadowbrook recently to see Gretchen Wilson & Josh Turner. They were great, as expected, just like Bob Dyaln was the last time I was there.
But what an unexpected bonus! I didn't know that the Reminisants were opening?!?!? These guys are something else! I've seen them before in smaller settings, but on your big stage, they were truly awesome! Please have them back again. Maybe Gretchen or Josh could open for them???
Thanks!
I attended several concerts at Meadowbrook this year and can't tell you how great your venue is. I was at both Alan Jackson and Gretchen Wilson and of course they were fantastic, but the real surprise was the side stage band Digger Dawg. They were fantastic at both the AJ show and the Gretchen show.
I can't wait for next season at Meadowbrook. Thank you for such wonderful entertainment.
I had the time of my life at the Gretchen Wilson/Josh Turner concert. They were both amazing. Please book them both next year! Thank you for the amazing time. :)
What a great time I had at this concert. The arena is beautiful and clean.
The food was deliciious and the staff friendly and accomodating. Josh Turner and Gretchen Wilson put on a wonderful show. The biggest treat of the night though was that band that started off the show (the Reminisents). They played great oldies music and they were fun. They started of the show with so much excitment. I planned on seeing two great acts and I got a big bonus, because I saw three. Thanks
My husband and I have always enjoyed your shows. The facility is the best we've been to. We were so excited about seeing Gretchen Wilson that we came early with some friends. We were shocked by the opening band. I'd never heard of the Reminants before but from their first song we were on our feet dancing and singing. They were great. Of course Gretchen was fabulous as we knew she would be. The fire and fireworks were wild. The sound is always perfect and the ushers and security people could not be nicer to us.
Thank you Meadowbrook for a great evening.
Connie G.
My husband took me to see the Goo Goo Dolls and Counting Crows on August 1, 2006. I have been a fan of the Goo Goo Dolls for a long time and it was great to finally see them in concert for the first time. The show was awesome and it is so nice to be able to go to a concert so close to home and see the bands you love! Keep up the great entertainment and definitely bring the Goo Goo Dolls back! Beth - Franklin, NH
Hey All, I've been to 6 out of 13 Concerts at Meadowbrook and everyone has been unforgettable. This is the BEST place to see a concert. Every seat is a great seat. The LAWN is the rockin'est place around!! I love Meadowbrook!
Always a great Venue with great performances!! Recomended to EVERYONE!!
I went to my first concert at Meadowbrook this past weekend with friends and my husband and our seats were awesome. We sat in the Skye Vodka Lounge and it was GREAT! We stayed at the Misty Hotel and the was GREAT as well.
Thank-you for a Great weekend getaway.
This was my first trip to Meadowbrook and will not be the last. The Chris Isaak show was fabulous--the best concert I have ever been to and I've seen some big acts.
Please bring him back every year --he is terrific !
I just wanted to drop a note to thank you for a fantastic concert on August 4th. My wife & I had 3rd row Pavilion seats and it was great. This was our first trip to Meadowbrook, but it definitely will NOT be our last. The lineup of musicians was very good and brought back lots of memories.
We had an excellent time, all the workers were helpful and your facility is second to none! We hope you have a similar concert series in the future and hope to see you at Hippiefest 2007, 2016, 2026 & 2036!!
The Chris Isaak show on 8/24 was absolutely the best concert we have ever been to - and we've been to a lot! What a performer - tremendous energy, wonderful humor, and outstanding musicians. Please bring Chris & his band back next year!!!
This is our 4th time back to meadowbrook and every year it just gets better.
This year we went to see the Allman Brothers and as we expected, it was a fantastic show. Keep up the good work! Thanks Cathy & Mike - Halifax, Nova Scotia
My husband and I attended the Chris Isaak concert last week. It was one of the most pleasurable concert experiences we have had. You facilities were extremely accomodating, clean, friendly, and the staff was superior. We also had the buffet meal for the first time and I must say it was outstanding and well worth attending.
I truly hope you book Chris Isaak again as I cant say I have seen a classier show than he gives. It was outstanding! Hope you bring him again!
My husband and I went to the Alan Jackson concert and loved every second of it! You have the nicest people in the world working at your facility.
Keep up the great work,
Jack and Henry
Hubby & I attended on Aug.24,06 and must say this guy put on a great show.
You need to get more shows like this one & by the way the price was great.
We have been coming to Meadowbrook for sometime now can!t wait to see what
2007 will bring. Barb Ferland - Claremont, NH
Last night's Chris Isaak concert was our first visit to your wonderful facility. Larger and better known venues cannot compare to the quality of the experience that your employees and amenities provide to a night of enjoyment. We look forward to patronizing/visiting Meadowbrook whenever we
can: and when there is a program/entertainer that interests us. Thanking you for a delicious and wonderful evening, we are Peter and Mary.
Alan Jackson's concert was the 2nd time I've been to Meadowbrook. The meet & great with Julie Roberts was an added bonus for my 12 yr old nephew. It's a great family venue, the music is good and the sound is wonderful. Thank you for bringing such wonderful entertainment close to home.
Pat Hammond, White River Jct., VT
Hi, I wanted to let you know that we went to the Alan Jackson concernt on Friday and he was amazing of course, but we also loved your second stage
show from Digger Dawg (before AND after). They were amazing, we liked them
even better than the opening act and are trying to hire them for a show at our campground. I love the idea of the before and after concert, especially
with such great entertainment. Thank you! Trisha Mullen
My wife and I attended the Alan Jackson last Friday and this was our first time at Meadowbrook. I must say it was a great experience. I purchased the VIP parking and buffet along with the show. Everything was spectacular. The dinner was great and so was the show. Great seats and good sound. Will certainly come back. Dan Bourque
just wanted to say your venue is awesome. I grew up going on family vacations at Silver Sands across the street, to see a concert after hanging on the beach of beautiful lake Winnipesauke is something very special. I am very happy your vision has evolved to what it is today. truly a great concert venue!!!!
Hello to All at Meadowbrook. I wanted to write and thank you for a great summer concert series. I was able to attend several shows, all
of which were excellent. After singing your praises at work, several coworkers joined me for the ZZ Top show. They were blown away by the
grounds, parking, staff, seating (not a bad seat in the house), the sound, you name it. What a great place to see a show. I (we) plan to
attend shows next season. Keep the great acts coming.... Thanks again Jerry Cronin Amesbury, Ma/Gilford NH.
My wife and I have been to 100's of shows and we want to say that Gretchen Wilson's show at Meadowbrook on September 17th, 2005 rates among
the Top 10 of all time. Perfect sound, could hear every word, every note, and she had the best of the best in her band. She is an
incredible talent and it is scary to think she is still rising to fame!!! If you can book her again, that would be fantastic and I bet she
draws even more people the next time. Book her now, it is a low risk for high gain proposition.
We joined the inner circle this year after attending several concerts at Meadowbrook last year, and boy was it worth it!! 3rd and 4th row
seats to Skynard, Journey, ZZ Top, Clay Aiken, Tim McGraw and soon, Loggins and Messina. We love not having to drive to Boston or Mansfield
for great entertainment. I see Lynyrd Skynyrd is a regular and I hope to catch them again next year. They put on a fabulous show topped
only by Tim McGraw last Monday. He was incredible and so was the crowd. Please have him back next year. I'd love to see Faith Hill also.
How about bringing Bob Seger to NH? I can't wait to see next year's lineup. Count us in! -KM in Chester, NH
WOW !................. please, please, please get Tim Mcgraw back next year. What an awesome concert. Wouldn't it be great if you could
talk Faith Hill into performing also. Just wanted to tell you that you really hit the jackpot when you brought Tim Mcgraw to our neck
of the woods and I think he was quite overwhelmed at our love for him way up in the North also. Just wanted to say
thankyou............CAHF Loudon, NH
We really enjoyed our trip to your beautiful area at Meadowbrook. The Clay Aiken concert was one of his best and I think at least partly
due to the venue. I loved the large jumbotrons and the acoustics were great! Thank you for making our visit so very nice -- we were able
to park close to the entrance and all the venue staff were very caring and personable. Of course, Clay Aiken was amazing in his
performance -- I've seen him 4 times this year and each one is better than the one before. This young man is so talented -- I hope you
will have him back for a return performance. I plan one day go back to Meadowbrook and be able to stay longer and sight-see a bit. NH is
a lovely part of the USA. thank you again, Celeste Mingis, Raleigh, NC
The concert last night was excellent. It was the first time we have visited your facility.AWSOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We hope to see
Tim mcgraw come back for another concert at meadowbrook in the future.Thank you for a wonderful time out. -Tina
thank you all !!!!! my friend and i had the best time tonight seeing tim. i hope he enjoyed the crowd and decides to make meadowbrook one
of his yearly stops and he if wants he can bring faith. thank you for ending my summer on a real high note. thank you -judy
Thank you for an ABSOLUTELY AWESOME concert last. I'm looking forward to Grethen Wilson's. It is so great to live in this area where we
can have such memorable opportunities "right in our own backyard". Thank you, again, so very much. Sally-Jo Oliver-Tilton
i just wanted to say that i really appreciated the fact that your staff does everything they can to help handicapped people. my mother
has a hard time walking and breathing, and for your venue to offer rides past the long lines and right into the venue, and then rides back
to your vechicle is just awesome. if we had gone to bigger venues we would have had to park a distance and walk. i think meadowbrook is
truely unique and great for offering this service. thank you so much for making my handicapped mothers experience at meadowbrook
enjoyable!! thank you again, amy shute
Last night we played with our buddies 38 Special at one of our favorite veunes on the East coast, Meadowbrook Farm in Gilford, New
Hampshire. It's massive roof makes it the most covered amphitheater I can think of and fans seem to love it because we always have huge
crows there and everyone's always ready to rock from the git go. What a great band 38 Special is, with one of the best song lists of any
band of our era. We always enjoy working with them. (Tommy Shaw of Styx)
Good Morning, Just wanted to say how much we loved the Smothers Brothers Show Saturday night, and the venue is AWESOME! It was our first
visit, and well worth the drive from Ma. Just for curiosity's sake, can you tell me what the seating capacity is, with Pavilion and lawn
seats combined? It was the perfect size- perfect setting- thanks you! -Diane Rockwell
Hello Meadowbrook staff, WHAT A GREAT SUMMER YOU HAVE GIVEN US. I am just overjoyed at all the fun and tremendous entertainment I have
been a part of thanks to all of you and in my own back yard also. Your staff is pleasant, happy and always ready to answer any questions
or direct us in the friendliest manner. Three cheers for all of you BUT CAN'T YOU SQUEEZE IN JUST ONE MORE ACT PLLEEAASSSEE ??????? Looks
like one more square is available. Well just wanted to thankyou for giveing such fun and pleasure to me and my sister. Carolyn Fiske-
Loudon, NH
Hi meadowbrook staff. My husband and I just seen the Lynard Skynard concert July 10.It was our very first visit. We were very impressed. We
drove 6 hours to it was worth every mile!! We will be back next year and I can't wait for the 2006 line up.I will spread the word .We
are from the ST. Lawrence River Valley In Northern New York.We also stayed at the Misty Harbor Resort very nice stay.short walk to
concert out back.Wonderful!!! So 5 star in our book.Keep the big bands coming.Good luck !! Pam and Jim T.
Actually this isn't about the Pavilion, as I haven't been there yet to see it. This is about the process of buying your
concert tickets. I just bought tickets to a June concert and I have to tell you it was a pleasure buying tickets from you. You
actually give a person time for the tranasaction, not just 2 minutes like Ticketmaster and others. I had time to think and
enter all my information. And your seating chart is the best I've ever seen, and I go to a lot of concerts so I've seen lots
of seating charts. To show a person exactly where their tickets are, right down to how many feet they are from the stage....
well, that's a ticketbuyer's dream. Most seating charts show you the sections but I've never seen one that details every row
and every seat like yours does. I have read all the nice things people have said about Meadowbrook and I am really looking
forward to going there myself. It will be a 3-hour drive but it sounds like it will be well worth it. If the initial ticketing
process is so pleasant and "user-friendly", I can only imagine how great the actual concert experience will be! See you in June!
Sandy in Holyoke, MA
Hello, Just a quick note add my two cents.... finally a venue that was designed for the fans and not the all mighty dollar. Finally a seat
big enough for one to get comfortable. Finally leg room enough to stretch out some. Finally an open, airy atmosphere . You guys got it
right. An absolute pleasure to attend a show. I look forward to attending more shows. Jay Cronin Amesbury, Ma. / Gilford, Nh........
We were at the Irish Tenors Concert on saturday night and we were delighted with the new pavilion. Having never seen the "old pavilion",
I can only say "thank you". The seats are wide, and you have ample leg room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And a big thank
you for allowing irish tenor fans to go backstage after the concert and say good bye to Ronan Tynan who is leaving the group. It truly
meant a lot to us--some venues would have a hard time allowing this. We will be back. Thanks again. -Judy Cronan
Please be aware that the venue does not decide who goes backstage. That is always decided
by each artist. -Meadowbrook Management
Hi All
I just wanted you all to know how fantastic I think Meadowbrook is. I have been to many concerts in the last 30 years and by far no venue
I have been too can match Meadowbrook. I was there in September 2001 for the Incubus & Hoobastank show and I thought the place was great
then. I recently came up to see Guster and I was amazed at all the improvements to your facility! What an awesome place to see a show!
Meadowbrook has to be by far the best place to see a concert. The staff is friendly, and the facility is awesome!! Not a bad seat in the
house. Great parking, comfortable atmosphere and great staff! Had a great time!!
Richard - Sanford, Maine
Just recently attended the Melissa Etheridge concert this past weekend. What a great experience! We had never attended a concert at your
facility. I can honestly say I have never had such fun at a concert! Meadowbrook is a fantastic place to see a show. We saw Melissa in
concert two months earlier at another venue. Meadowbrook, in my opinion, was the better place to really get into it and have a GREAT time.
If Melissa comes back next year, you can be sure we will be there as well.
Lisa McPherson Saco, Maine
My wife and I recently went to show at another facilty (Tweeter Center) and I wanted to let you know after coming to Meadowbrook many times,
this trip to the other place made us appreciate your facilty all that much more. The parking, ease of exit and just general atmosphere.
thank you so much for your great facilty. We will not be attending any more shows at the other facilty, not when we have such a great one
right here in NH. Thanks Joe & Sherry Walbridge Milton NH
Just wanted to thank you for a wonderful time, I thoroughly enjoyed the Prairie Home Companion show. The only disappointment was my
expectation of having NH’s best ice cream from Jordan’s. I understand that they will no longer be there and that you are looking for
second best to replace them. Anyway, I did have a great time. Thanks again. John Fink
I have attended a lot of concerts at meadowbrook in the past 3 years. It is totally the best place to see a concert. There isn't a bad
seat in the house, the staff is great, the food is great, and the sound is amazing. I have seen the Allman Bros, Lynard Skynard,
REO/STYX/Journey, America, and the list goes on. Keep up the good work. You guys sure have got everything together and provide a breath
taking show everytime. The parking is also awesome. I have been to a lot of concerts, and normally I have to walk 50,000 miles to get
to the main gates. Not at Meadowbrook. Thankjs for all the hard work and keep the music coming. I will see you all this summer as I
attend the 7 concerts I have tickets to. Thanks again Will-Lebanon, NH
Hi Folks at the Brook. Luap here again with a smile on my face….saw Bob Dylan opening night and couldn’t believe how well he sounded. I
believe it was in part because he stuck to playing electric piano and harp and stayed away from the guitar (saw his knuckles and I bet his
arthritis is intense). For 63 years old, he gave an updated punch to his old favorites. His band was fantastic, especially Larry Campbell
who stole the show every time he picked up a different instrument. The following night, I took my boy to see Garrison and Prairie Home
Companion. Garrison was so kind to shake my 5 year-old boy’s hand when I introduced him, and he even gave his autograph. That’s what I
love about the ‘Brook’, not only is it an extraordinary place to see a show, but the warmth of the crowd and the proximity (4th row
center) of the performers makes it the ideal concert facility. Keep up the great work! It was good to see Bill Garland, Meadow’s
Marketeer also.
Hi Meadowbrook staff: I am a bit late on sending you a thank you. Better late than never. I went to my first concert
there and saw the Allman Brothers, following year, went to ZZ Top - Ted Nugent concert. Your place rocks! Both times we included the
Center Stage buffet. Absolutely scrumptious, and all the employess from the buffet, to the gate and security people were very
professional and courteous. We were very impressed with the sound as well. Nothing is muffled.. clear and crisp. Each year we come back
you are always finding new ways of improving. We have recommended your place to many folks that I know that go to concerts. Keep up the
great work. -Keli (NH)
Hi. I just wanted to say what a tremendous venue you
have, the employees are courteous, the facilities are clean and first rate.
The sound is excellent . I saw 4 shows last year and joined the inner circle
for this upcoming year, because of the venue I'll go to see some shows I
otherwise wouldn't be interested in. I can't believe this place, I'm afraid
to tell too many people about it because I like it just the way it is, you
feel like your part of some exclusive club. I can see top bands at a good
price up close with great sound. It is truly a hidden gem. Respectfully
Randy B.
Hi folks at the 'Brook'. Luap here with a BIIIIIGGG smile on my face. I
can't wait for the new season to begin. I look forward to seeing every show
from the 4th row with my season passes. How fortunate is that? Thanks for
being the premier facility in the NE area., clean, orderly, comfortable,
safe, great amenities, and a wonderful staff... especially Bill Garland and
the folks at the ticket office. They're tops! Your staff insures a safe and
memorable outing, and the bands you get are getting bigger and better all
the time. Can't wait for the new schedule. You guys are the BEST! Thanks
for being there for us die-hard concert whores!
Love it, love it, love it...!!!!! This is my first summer at meadowbrooks, what a super place to see a concert... What an
awesome time I had seeing Sheryl Crow and Melissa Etheridge, it was unbelieveable... I have tickets to see Jewel on September
28th, I can't wait...Keep up the good work and keep those awesome bands coming!!!! Thanks again, Lisa ( Manchester, NH)
We recently saw the Kenny Loggins and Hall& Oates concert it was the best. We have been going to concerts there for a long time and think that
the improvements have turned out great. We remember when you had to sit out in the rain and sat in folding chairs. This was our 3rd time going
this year and will be back for more. Keep up the good work and getting some more great acts to come there. -The Doucettes
I just wanted to send along a Special "Thanx" too the guy's with the Golf carts! Attended the Fri Aug 30th show, my first time to meadowbrook!
I have a walking disability, I was treated fantastic as well as golf-carted to & from dinner and the show! The best time! Thanx Again! See You
Next Year!
The new pavillion is quite nice. We are also very impressed with the security. After dinner, myhusband realized that he had left his
cigarettes in our vehicle. Upon questioning a member of the staff, they referred him to the security person named Ben. Ben was very
understanding and walked him back to our vehicle while he got his cigarettes. With the no-return policy, we didn't expect this to happen.
He was very considerate. We also feel that all members of the staff are extremely helpful, kind, and considerate. Keep up the good work!!!!
-Pat and Steve Lewis
Saw Alan Jackson on August 26th and I have to say that the pavilion is a better place to see a concert than at the Tweeter Center. A smaller
venue is so much nicer. Joe and Alan did a fabulous job, I would come back to see them again. -Pat Wells
We went to the Brooks & Dunn concert last night-It was EXCELLENT!!!! Sawyer Brown was also EXCELLENT!! Hope they all come to do another
concert nxt year. It was announced that next years schedule was available to check out, so we could see who has been signed up already.
So far I have not been able to locate how to find it-Please let us know-Dee from New Durham NH
we just attended the MEATLOAF tour on sat 8/23/03..we live close by but was absolutely amazed with what you have done with this property
everything ran smooth getting in getting out getting to our seats ....keep up the good work and keep the great concerts coming........5
stars ...........VALERIE AND FRANK LUDTKA LACONIA NH
To Whom it may Concern: We just traveled all the way from Nova Scotia,Canada to attend 2 of your concerts last week(our first trip to
Meadowbrook but not our first to NH). We saw Meat Loaf and Alan Jackson perform and we were not disapointed in either performance, they
were both GREAT concerts in their own rite. I would just like to say that your venue there at Meadowbrook is just wonderful. A very well
organized and clean facility and the staff there are very warm and friendly and eager to help with any problems or questions you may have.
We had a GTREAT time and will likely attend again in the future if you keep having GREAT performers like you had in your schedule this summer.
Sincerly, Jeanie & Gordie Thompson
Dear Meadowbrook,
We recently attended the Beach Boys Concert and had the best time ever. It was our first concert at Meadowbrook.
Jon Stamos fit it well with the band and added some fun and energy to the show. I hope he becomes a permanent member!
Even with all the rain it was the best. Your place is awesome and the music sounded terrific. Your ticket prices
are also the best! The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had three end of the row seats and when we arrived
someone was there to wipe them down. The seats were wet from the rain. We were able to purchase a blanket for only
$10 which kept us very warm and dry. That was a great buy! We plan to attend more concerts in the future. It was
a great way for my wife, teenage son and I to spend some quality time together. My teenage son even commented afterwards
how the concert was a good idea and he really enjoyed going with us. He even thanked me. Now if you have a teenage son,
you know those kind of compliments don't roll out easily. Especially since it wasn't rap or hip hop music! This will
end up being a lasting memory for all of us! I hope the Beach Boys return next year. We'll be there again! Thank you
very much! -The Laverriere's
Dear Meadowbrook,
I just wanted to let you know that you have one of the best Concert Home pages on the internet as well as one of the best places to see a Concert.
We really like the idea (prior to purchasing your tickets) to see where your seat is, how far from the stage it is, your field of view etc.....so
that there are no surprises once you get there. You know right where your seat is and what to expect. I only wish more places would add this to their
Home internet page. Without a doubt Meadowbrook's is our favorite place to see Concerts! We are extremely lucky to have a place like Meadowbrook's in
the Lakes Region area. Thank you and please continue to host some of the greatest bands around and don't get rid of this very important internet feature.
-Mike and Donna Quint.
We went to the REO/Styx/Journey concert last night and I wanted to let you know how impressed I was with your new pavilion and
your whole operation in general. The last concert I went to at Meadowbrook was Eminem about 4 years ago. You guys have done an incredible job
on every aspect - very organized! From getting into the concert....there were several people directing traffic and cars to park. Security was
tight - which is comforting these days. Everyone was patted down and every ticket was scanned for authenticity. There were clean, uncrowded
bathrooms. DESIGNATED SMOKING AREAS (THANK YOU FOR THAT!!) away from the Pavilion itself. The reserved seating is worth every penny - you are
feet away from the bands, yet still have your personal space. If you want to get close at other venues, you risk the chance of getting trampled.
We had an incredible time last night - REO & Journey were unbelievable - please get them back as soon as you can!!
Wow!!! Hootie and the Blowfish rocked last Friday Night . . . they were absolutely phenomenal!!! Please tell Darius and the
boys we love 'em and want them back!! I live right here in the Lakes Region and am so impressed and excited about your facility. It's such
a treat to be able to have first class bands in a "first class" venue right in our back yard! I've gotten spoiled being a VIP member and able
to obtain seats where you can see the sweat running off the band members faces, that I won't even go to other venues (like the Verizon Center,
Fleet Center, etc.) because it's just not worth paying astronomical prices to sit hundreds of feet away from the stage. I'll be there this
week-end to catch America and then the fabulous line-up of Styx, Journey and REO Speedwagon on Tuesday night!!! Styx has been excellent each
year, Journey was outstanding last year, but you've outdone yourselves once again to be able to bring these 3 bands together in one night!!!
I love your facility for the ease of parking, the ease of getting a drink or two before the show, the seating and most of all the wide variety
of acts you bring to this area. People in the Lakes Region should be thankful to have one more reason - MEADOWBROOK MUSICAL ARTS CENTER - why
this is such a great place to live!!! Thanks Meadowbrook - keep it comin'!
To the Staff at Meadowbrook Farm: I just had to write and let you all know that my husband and I have been spending over 25
summers on Lake Winnipesaukee and our very first concert at Meadowbrook was this past weekend, Saturday - July 5th, to see "1964 - The Tribute".
We were in the third row inside the Pavillion - AWESOME SEATS AND AWESOME PERFORMANCE! We didn't want it to end. We are very impressed with the
cleanliness of the facilities and the grounds and how well organized and friendly the staff was. We look forward to our next concert, and are
telling everybody about it. Thank you for a most enjoyable evening! -Nancy & Steve Lavallee -Salem, NH
I attended my first concert at Meadowbrook farm on Sunday July 7th. The Lynyrd Skynyrd concert. I had no idea what to
expect when I got here and I can honestly say, that I was very impressed with the grounds. Not only was the service and staff outstanding,
but the food was awesome as well. The other great thing was the fact that you could actually see the stage and the performers from the lawn
area. This was a big plus for me. as I have been in venues where your so far back that you can't see anything on the stage. I like the
covered pavillion, the seats sit lower the lawn and this also makes it a plus. I find also that the people at the concerts respect the grounds,
as they were throwing the trash in the cans provided and not on the grounds. Many wonderful shows this summer, several of which I will be attending.
Thank You for having a great place to have a concert at. Now, can you all get Aerosmith to play here? -Alexandria- Ayers Sacramento Ca.
-hi meadowbrook staff.......just wanted to let you know I saw jackson brown at your place on july 3rd....it was the
first time i ever heard of you....WHAT A PLEASURE !!!!!!....From parking...to concessions....to seating.....and amenities.....everything
about Meadowbrook was wonderful....Hats off to all your staff members..... everyone we met was gracious and helpful....I'm passing the
word to everyone i know...Thank you for a great summer evening......I'm sure we'll be back often in the future. -Tara LoRusso Wareham, MA
-Just wanted to say thanks My son and I attened the Jackson Browne concert last night and it was just great , Keb Mo ,
Steave Earl and the band was awsome . And not to mention Jackson Browne . The only problem we had was the speakers on front of the stage
was to close to the edge and sitting in the front row was hard for us to see the performers . But Mr Browne seeing this, requested them
moved back and moved them again himself ..The music was great and we we sure do Injoy coming to Meadowbrook ;)
Thank you again -Dave Pottle From West Gardiner, Me
-Thanks for two of the best shows I have seen and heard in ages.
The Guess Who& Eric Burdon and the New Animals and Jethro Tull. I will come back
forever if you keep that GREAT sound quality. You could hear every single note from
every instument. The staff was excellent and friendly and what can I say about getting
in and out. Please add me to any mailings! Also could you please send me info about the
Gold Inner Circle membership? Thank you all again and keep up the great work!!!
-Dave C., Methuen, Ma
-It is just beautiful and we are very proud to have such an establishment at our
disposal. -Judy Nelson
-Last night in New Hampshire we were impressed by the massive turnout in the newly improved pavilion at the already
awesome Meadowbrook Farm. It still blows my mind to drive to this seemingly remote location, only to find it is summer getaway central
for people who live within driving distance. Beautiful lakes all around, populated by those out to have a good time. ZERO tension to be
found ANYWHERE. Now the venue has an enormous roof making it a weather resistant amphitheater and it was packed. Kansas played another
stellar set before us, which must have had a great effect on the audience because when we took the stage they were stoked. It's always a
pleasure to see and hear Kansas. They are so damn consistent. See you soon... Tommy Shaw of Styx
-I'm very impressed with Meadowbrook Farm! It's very efficiently and tastefully designed, a great atmosphere, and the
sound quality was excellent, far better than at JamGrass in Vermont!
-Just a note of congratulations here. I attended the Heart show last nite. I loved the venue, the sound was perfect,
food and drink were good, and the hospitality of everyone, from the ushers, to the lot attendents was fantastic. The band was great also.
Good job, well done. I posted an on-line review of the place this morning.
-I just wanted to tell you that I had a really great time at the show
on Saturday night, and the bands were great. I also think that the new set up is really
nice.
-I should have done this months ago, but better late than never:
Concertgoing has been my hobby for many years, dissolving countless dollars, and has taken me to outdoor venues around the world (even as
far as Japan). Having been to at least 90 percent of the amphitheaters in the United States and Canada, I declare, without reservation, that
the overall experience of Meadowbrook Farm outclasses every one of them. Plenty of amphitheaters have beautiful locations (Saratoga Performing
Arts Center, The Gorge Amphitheater, and Red Rocks Amphitheater come to mind), and excellent staff and services, so I'll focus on Meadowbrook's
crown-jewel: sound quality. The system at Meadowbrook is simply astounding, and has no equal anywhere. I've seen seven shows of widely differing
genres at the venue and all have benefitted from the superior sound system. Particularly vivid (and wildly intense) were the Allman Brothers Band.
Comprised of two lead guitars, two lead-vocals, a vast assortment of percussion, a Hammond B-3 organ and Rhodes electric piano, a thick bass guitar,
and two full sets of drums, the Allman Brothers Band put a heavy load on any sound system. I had been convinced for years that no venue could ever
reach the perfection of hearing the Brothers live at New York City's Beacon Theater. As a life-long fan, I have made the trip twice a year since
1996, just for that perfect Allman Brothers sound. Last summer, Meadowbrook matched that quality, clarity, and energy--whether I was on the lawn or
in the pavilion. This is the sound system I never thought would be achieved at an amphitheater. It sounds great anywhere in the venue, a feat not
easily accomplished. Thanks for taking the time, and putting the money where it matters most. -Gary C. -Portland, ME
-Awesome job to all involved. The concerts are the best at Meadowbrook! We have been
attending the concerts since you people opened. We are looking forward to more incredible summers in New
Hampshire at Winnepesaukee and Meadowbrook. Keep up the good work! Billy T.
-Just a short note to thank you for all that you did to help make the Melissa
Etheridge concert so enjoyable for me and all my friends.
-We attended the Melissa Etheridge concert 7/13/02 and I have to thank you for
a great time. The grounds were nice, bathrooms clean and everyone we came in contact with was helpful
& pleasant. I've told many people at work about it as we normally have to go to Mansfield, MA to
see shows. We'll be back!
-Greetings, I was at your place Saturday night for the Melissa Ethridge Concert. It
was fabulous music. But I just have to tell you, MeadowBrook Farm is beautiful! I was there two years
ago, walking around on plywood and kicking up lots of dust. You have done such a nice job with the
grounds and the sound system. Your staff are among the most pleasant I have ever met at an event. I
think NH is fortunate to have such a nice facility! Congrats to all your efforts. PS Please send me
info regarding 'inner circle'.
-We attended our first of I hope are many wonderful concerts at your well kept--
clean--well organized==everything about it was great...never ran into an unsocial or unhelpful
person..Just a wonderful all around evening!!!
-TO whom it may concern: Last night was my first concert this year and what an
awesome sight the roof the seats the landscaping all so wonderfully done! I loved Meadowbrook
before and now I want to go every night! I will be attending concerts at least two more times this
summer and I cant wait! And the sound system beat all others I have heard by far! Trisha and Vince
were totally awesome!! I attended a concert at verizon a couple weeks ago and you have them beat by
far Thank you for bringing great stars to New Hampshire Gilford New Hampshire!!!!!!!!!!
-I just attended my first concert this season at Meadow Brook...Styx/Kansas concert
and as a Concertaholic and a first time VIP Member, I can truly congratulate you at Meadowbrook Farm
for a First Class facility. Last Saturday I was surprised and totally in awe at the new renovations.
I own a business, Mail Boxes Etc of Wolfeboro and would be proud to advertise your facility in the window
of my business to promote your concerts.
-I wanted to write a brief note about our experience on Saturday, July 6th. We live in a
small town near Freeport, ME (yes, home of L L Bean!) Because of our busy work schedules and two small
children, we seldom get to go out. Bruce saw your advertisement awhile ago and asked if I would like to go.
First let me say the directions were great. We arrived around 6:45 and waited in line, but not for long.
We brought chairs and sat above the waterfall on the grass area. Everywhere we walked we were greeted by
employees with great attitudes. We enjoyed the concert so very much, every single minute of it!! On the way
out to our car, again, we were wished a great night. Since attending we have been telling everyone we see how
enjoyable the entire experience was. Your facility is beautiful and very well thought out and you have hired
employees who seem happy to be doing their jobs. We truly wish to thank you for a terrific day and wish you
all the best for a great summer season!!
-As an out-of-stater (Conn), I found visiting MeadowBrook a most pleasurable experience.
From the helpful parking attendants, to the quick lines at the box office, the food and beer facilities to
the clean bathrooms. I have since bought other tickets to future shows. Thanks for the great hospitality.
-had to let you know that carol & her friend enjoyed melissa; they really had a nice night;
spoke to my neighbor, mary, yesterday; she & husband, who is not a country/western fan, went to see vince gill
& trisha yearwood on friday night -------; mary said - and i quote - 'loved meadowbrook; that is my new favorite
place'; she said she and dick had chosen aisle seats a good way back - but aisle seats so that dick could stick his
leg out into the aisle and be able to get up and down when he wanted ---; said he went over to get a drink and came
back and asked mary if she would like a drink - mary replied 'you know i don't like beer or wine dick' - he said -
'how would you like a marguerita?' ------- well mary was thrilled with the fact that mixed drinks were available; and
last - but not least ------- other than the fact that the show was great ----------- she said the seats were great
------- both she and dick are a little larger and she said they fit into the seats comfortably ------- she was really
pleased with that; never know what the public is going to notice do you? anyway - wanted you to know that meadowbrook
is her new favorite; they don't get to concerts often (have a 3 year-old and a 9-year old) - but they have gone to
--------- out towards worcester etc? but said meadowbrook is so convenient ------- oh - also remarked on how 'clean'
the place is ...........; she was very happy; another convert!!! yea! we also remarked on what great shows you have;
nice to hear some pleasant feedback -------- praise for the gang at meadowbrook......
-I love your new venue. The roof adds so much and the sound is fabulous. Kudos on a great job.
-i just want to say that i enjoyed the heart concert very much and hope to see them back again! the
performance was great and they played for two hours which was way worth the money. However, i must say that i was a bit
disapointed with the ja rule concert, and wondered why he was only on stage for half an hour. It was a good show, but
way to short for the money. those are Just a few commentsi had to share., Also, the area is great and i love the new seats!
-it was our first time at meadowbrook and had a great experience at jamgrass, the shows were well scheduled with
about a half hour between sets and band changes.great staff! the new pavillion is an excellent addition, there is'nt a bad seat in the
house. food and drink a bit expensive, considering you can't bring anything in with you, that being the only drawback to the whole day.
very clean facility!!! thanks again for a great time..bruce rice sunapee nh
-I liked it without the roof!-Charles Connick
Hello I just wnted to thank you for the mail keep it coming. I went to the heart show at meadowbrook farm and was
very pleased with the venue. It was my first time . It was very organized and very clean. I had a blast. Sincerely, Carol Caissie
-This is Michael Mc Coy from Sherbrooke, Quebec writing to you. I want to personally express my heart-felt thanks to you
for the attention you showed us outside visitors when we attended the Styx / Kansas concert on July 6th at the Meadowbrook Farm. We never
expected to be treated with such kindness, and you made our long trip a very enjoyable and memorable one that will be long remembered.
Because of your good actions, we enjoyed he concert even more than when the group came to our own home town.
-This year we purchased about 9 sets of tickets to your show. I was in several bands myself, and appreciate a good sound
system and acoustics. You've really outdone yourself this year! We can see that you have put your profits back into the venue, and it shows!
What a difference from the first show we saw a few years back-Jethro Tull playing at the plywood theatre. You can't beat the VIP card, the
price and the benefits of having the card. When we saw Styx and Kansas a few weeks ago, we noticed that all the band members were smiling
ear to ear. I think they were blown away with the sound system and the support from the crowd. Ann Wilson of Heart also made a comment about
how beautiful the facility was. The landscaping was well planned, and when you attend a concert here, it feels like you have a home away from
home. The staff was helpful and courteous and never have we had a bad experience of rudeness. In fact last year at the Kansas, Reo show, we met
a wonderful couple at the buffet, we have now developed a long term relationship with them, and are attending several concerts with them at
Meadowbrook. So, as you can see, you also have the opportunity to meet some terrific people in this environment. Last week we went to a concert
in the Massachusetts area. We had lawn seats, that were so far back, you needed binoculars to see the show. Our friends were in the reserved area
and said the band members looked like stick figures. The drinking was not controlled. and several people in front of us were getting sick. A sad
sight indeed! The lawn seats were turned into a steep hill with wood chips. During the concert,. I kept imagining I was back at your venue watching
the concert. We all agreed we were spoiled from Meadowbrook. Then dealing with the crowds. food lines, and traffic getting out, was no picnic. I'm
presently a school teacher, and rave about your venue to many of my parents-some planning to attend a few of your shows because of word of mouth.
Many of our friends are now attending shows at your venue. Please try to have Styx back with Kansas. I think they were a terrific combination.Heart
was also wonderful! We are looking forward to attending the Journey concert this weekend, since we followed them with their tour in I think 87 or 88
with their fan club. We had an opportunity to meet them because of the backstage passes we were given from that tour. Saw them in Manchester, NH last
year. I think they will be real pleased when they lay eyes on Meadowbrook. Oh-I also like the angle of the chairs in the reserved area. I like the fact
that we are all facing to the front, and we don't have to get a stiff neck looking at the show . Also we appreciate security who keeps things in check,
checking tickets to make sure people are not sneaking into seats where they don't belong and making sure things are kept under control. ........You've
really outdone yourself!!! Thank you owners and staff for all that you do to make the shows a positive experience for all, thus attracting all types of
bands who are excited about coming back season after season. You've have attracted some dynamo bands over the years and will continue attracting others
in the future! Sincerely, Georgia and Jerry Paris
-We're going to see Huey, then The Allman Bros, then Jethro Tull. thanks for being a great concert facility.-Paul
-I just want to tell you how pleased I am with your facility, ticket prices, and all the hard work you have put into the business.
Just want to mention one glitch, however. I had purchased the VIP card, which I absolutely love! I have purchased several tickets this summer. I have
noticed that the other parking lots have been cleared out after the concert, before the VIP ticketholders on a 3 occasions. Isn't the VIP parking lot
supposed to be cleared out first? Not a complaint, but felt you would like to be aware of this issue. A few other VIP card holders at your concerts have
had the same concern. Thank you so much for having this facility and the VIP card. We love the rock n'roll bands and hope that you can get many of the
same acts back again-Scorpions, Kansas and Styx, Journey, Heart and the bands that many of us grew up in the 70-80's.You really outdone yourself. A
question-Do you plan on seling the VIP card agian for next year? If so-when will they be on sale and do you know if they will sell for the same price?
I am on the list again for the card. Anxiously awaiting for your reply. Sincerely, Georgia and Jerry Paris
-We went to The Styx/REO Show in 2001, and were impressed by the venue in general. This year we went to the Styx/Kansas show in early
July and........WOW! What an addition the new Pavilion make to the venue! The new seating is GREAT and there isn't a bad seat in the house. we like this
venue so much, we've already bought tickets for the Journey and Hagar/Lee Roth shows with the buffet, which, by the way, is superb! Thank for a wonderful
place to enjoy...Charlie Lord Rochester, NH
-Just a note to say that our first trip to Meadowbrook was a nice surprise. We have been to every other venue in N.E. and for you guy's
to have that quality facility where it is and its cleanliness impressed the hell out of us!!! Thanks again! Journey was an Excellent Show it's just too
bad Steve perry wasn't still with them, the new guy is good but couldn't come close to steve's notes. :)
-8-4-02 WOW! First off, JOURNEY was great! They put on an excellent show; and the crowd was terrific too! Secondly, the new pavilion
(and real floor) is a wonderful asset to the concert venue. I especially liked the spacing between the rows.... nice and wide for people passing through.
And room to dance to boot! The Gilford area is certainly a nice, friendly place too... we stayed within walking distance to the concert; and were back
before most of the cars had left the parking area. {big grin} Thanks for a great time; and wonderful place to rock and roll! C & J (NH and MA)
-I have been attending concerts at Meadowbrook since it opened. Last night I saw Huey Lewis & the News (for the 2nd time at MB & the 5th
time altogether) and I must say this was the BEST! Not only did Huey and the boys put on an awesome show but the new remodeled venue is incredible. Beautiful,
comfortable & clean are just a few of the adjectives that come to mind. WoW! Thanks for a great evening! We are so lucky to have such a great place right in
our backyard! Tracy in Belmont, NH
-My wife and I saw the Allman Brothers Band last night and once again were delighted with the quality of the show. The sound system is awesome...
also we are always impressed with the variety of vendors and the excellent security personel. We bumped into family and friends at the show, something that would
never happen at a larger metropoliton venue. Thanks for another great experience! (I,m still hoarse from hootin' and hollerin' last night, but I've got a couple
of weeks to recover before Lynyrd Skynyrd!) Mick & Karen Stevens.
-We just saw Huey Lewis and the new pavilion is SO GREAT!!! We were there last year and what an improvement!!!!!!!! Great show, great sound!!!
I do have one complaint though. I paid ALOT of money for platinum seating, and got a terrific 2nd row seat. It was thrilling!!! However, during the last 5 or 6
songs, people from the back rows all came down and gathered directly in front of the stage so that I could no longer see.Since I did pay so much for my seat, I
really don't think it's fair that others who didn't pay as much can stand in front of me and block my view. Security did absolutey nothing about this.It was a
dissapointing end to what was otherwise one terrific show. Your security really should address this problem. Thanks for hearing my comments!! -Lauren Wentworth
This is a common misconception we would like to address. The stage "rush" that may happen during the last few songs is always
choreographed by the performers. Our security will keep everyone at their seats and out of the aisles until directed by the artist not to. The artists do this to
create more excitement for the climax of their performance and it is intended to enhance the overall experience. Thank you. -Meadowbrook Management
-Great place to watch a concert, enjoyed Kansas and Styxx thoroughly. Because of this I am coming back to see the Guess Who (traveling from
Connecticut). Thanks again and keep the bands coming. Jay Kuhrt
-I am a seasonal camper at Gunstock Campground and have been for over 15 years. I travel at least 2 times a month up to the lakes region from
Connecticut, and now find myself planning my time up there around the shows that you have booked. I went to what I believe was your first show Forever Plaid, when
Meadowbrook was a small tent and picnic tables. I have seen this place grow from a tent to a stage and lawn seats to what it is now a awesome complex. I just saw
the Irish Tenors on August 10th after seeing them at the fleet pavilion in Boston the week before (8/3). The difference was unbelievable, the seat comfort, sound
system, and entire complex were just so much better at Meadowbrook. I have been to over 20 shows over the past few years and will continue to go to Meadowbrook as
it is getting better every year and attracting better and better entertainers. Looking forward to seeing Meatloaf in a few weeks. Keep up the great work.-B Healey
-Living in West Gardiner Maine, I don't get out to the lakes region of New Hampshire very often, only for the NASCAR races at NHIS. However, this
was the second time I've come over to Meadowbrook Farm. Last year to see Huey Lewis and the New and this year to see Huey Lewis and the News. The pavilion makes the
experience much more pleasurable, in comparison to last year. From the different vantage points I tried to get around to seeing, there isn't a bad seat in the house.
Additionally the sound is amazing. It was loud, but not piercing. Sitting 17 rows back for the show you get the feeling like you are on stage. The time and money
invested in the project, in my mind, was well worth it. As long as the acts booked are the caliber that you are booking now, you've got a long term visitor. Keep up
the good work, and I look forward to coming over in 2003! -Mike Sanborn
-Hi there, My name is Kathy Meader, I met you last year at a concert I attended. I work at the Mt. Washington Valley Chamber of Commerce. I am
writing to let you know that I attended the Martina McBride concert the other night and I was thrilled with the changes that you have made. What a place to see a
concert. I don't think that I will ever go to a indoor venue again. I will just wait until you get who I want to see on your schedule. Thanks for doing such a great

-Dear Brenda, The parking and usher staff at Meadowbrook were absolutely wonderful to the Taylor Community Residents, friends and bus drivers.
They helped make the evening a great success by their helpfulness in making it easy for our Residents to get in and out of the theater safely. Please share this
with those who assisted us and thank you all very much. Mary Beale Director of Resident Life
-You folks did a wonderful job on your facility, and I would see another concert there in a heartbeat. I had sixth row seats to Keith
Urban/Martina McBride and it was truly the best concert I have been too. Easy access to the venue, comfortable clear views of stage (from all over) exceptionally
friendly staff and most of all, easy getting out. A truly wonderful experience! Thanks for providing NH with a great place to see some great performers! -Marie

-Hi, We attended the Guess Who concert last week, having waited 20 years to see them (what a treat after all these years). My 12 year old was
rocking in the stands and though it was loud and wonderful, I didn't feel our hearing was at stake. We were in the "no smoking" section and except for some girls a
few seats over, it was smoke-free. Parking was a breeze, it was clean and the employees were friendly. We'll be back! -Wendy from Vt. p.s. the Canadian band gave a
heart-felt tribute/thankyou to playing in our country that really touched the audience
-Hello, we recently attended a concert ( haggar/ roth) I must say that your facility is one of the best places I have ever seen a show. I have been
all over new england to see shows and have been to countless venues since 1984 and your place is outstanding!!!!!! I could not get over how clean and well managed your
place is. Kudos to you all !!! I would like to be on a mailing list to receive information on upcoming events. I understand that the season is almost over but I
would love to attend just one more show before it becomes too cold. Thank you again Frank
-SKYNYRD WAS AWESOME!!! AND SO WERE OUR SEATS!! WE LOVED THE FOOD IN THE CLUB SEATING AND WE MUST HAVE HAD THE BEST SEATS IN THE HOUSE!! WE LOVE THE
COVERED PAVILION AND YOU ALL ROCK!!! THANKS FOR THE BEST NIGHT IN A LONG,LONG TIME! WENDY AND RANDY BETOURNE FROM GILFORD NH!
I am 28, and I just went to my first concert. LYNYRD SKYNYRD, was GREAT..Thanks for all the concerts I will see. Its about time we have a place where
all the great one's will come. N.H. is finally on the list......The pavilion is everything I had expected. You have hooked me for the rest of my days. Bring on the GREAT
one's. Thanks.
-My wife and I have not been to a concert for more than 25 years. We attended last nights concert with Lynard Skynard. The pavilion is wonderful. The
staff is helpful and professional. I wish I got the name of one of your staff members, that was assigned between sections A and B, so I could personally thank her. She
was great even though she had to deal with of a couple of guys that where un-cooperative. She did a great job. Even thou it rained, we where dry and rocking and rolling.
We had a great time and would definitely go to another event there. You have done a wonderful job for concert goers. New Hampshire needs a class facility as yours.
Thank you for a wonderful time. -Max Baburins
-Saw my last show at Meadowbrook this year. I think we went to almost half of them. I just wanted to say thanks for another great year. Your place is
wonderful. The people and the venue are great. We brought friends and family this year and everyone left praising. Looking forward to 2003. Thanks again. -MB
-First I would like to complement your wonderful improvements over the years. I have been to the center to see numerous shows over the years and would
like to say that the verity of entertainers and groups has grown. It has been fun to watch the bulletin board on 11 to see who is coming in next..Last night I came to see
one of my favorite entertainers Meat Loaf the show started with two of his singers entertaining the audience. The moment that Meat Loaf entered the stage area he commanded
the audience and heard them for a full 3 hours. He was totally entertaining and enjoyable and I would like to complement both he and Meadowbrook for a wonderful evening.
Thank you from all who came to the show with me. Connie
Hey Folks, On August 31st my wife and I went came to Meadowbrook Farms and saw "Meatloaf" The show was awesome. As we drove into your facility we were
surprised to see how great it looked. The grounds were neat and clean and surroundings were beautiful. We were able to stay at a local motel that was within walking distance
but we could see that you have the traffic control down pat!! We have never seen that much traffic flow so smoothly and steady. Now for the seating, I am 6' 7" and what
people say a very large man. I figured that I would be cramped and no leg room. But was I wrong! This has to be the best laid out venues that I have ever been. No where is
it cramped! There are no bad seats! My wife also noticed to employees, they all were very nice and helpful in everything they did. Most places where there are big crowds the
employees just stand there thinking it is just a job, but not at Meadowbrook Farms, You should be proud of all of your employees. They make everyone feel welcome and want to
make sure you have a great time. We did! And we will be back next year! So keep up the excellent work and we can't wait to see what great artist you have in store for next
year! You are #1 in the entertainment business to us! Bill & Pam Rideout Rumford, Maine
-Congratulations Meadowbrook, You have converted my friends, my husband and myself. We attend approximately 12 events during the summer but most are in the
Boston Metropolitan area since this is where we live. Another friend spoke so highly about Meadowbrook that we had to try it. We thought driving from Boston and back would be
an issue. I would much rather be driving I-93 than sitting in a parking lot for two hours waiting to get out onto the highway. Your staff were very good at traffic control
and got us on the road in good time. I was home before I would have been should I have gone to other facilities in our own area. I have put our name on the list for the 2003
Inner Circle Membership and will definitely be attending many more events at Meadowbrook Farm. We have even decided to make a weekend or two out of it with dinner, a show and
a nice room nearby in beautiful Gilford New Hampshire. Keep the great ideas coming and we'll keep spreading the word - Meadowbrook Farm!
-I have been reading all of the reviews of the new pavilion, and I just have to say, THEY ARE ALL TRUE! My wife and I see many concerts in small to mid
sized venues and when we go to these shows we ALWAYS comment on Meadowbrook. The word is spreading! Keep up the good work and we hope you sign-up some great shows for the 2003
concert season! -Gary and Pat B.
-Hi Meadowbrook Farm! My friend Chris and I saw Melissa Etheridge and enjoyed it soooo much in our great seats! As well, we saw Indigo
Girls....excellent.....and I saw Jethro Tull with some other friends. As always, my summer was extra special, thanks to your amazing selection of performers, courteous and
helpful staff, and great seating arrangements. Please have Melissa back in 2003, too. We love her! Thanks again, Kim and Chris from Portsmouth, NH
-My wife and I went 2 time last year. Four times this year and can't wait for next year to come. There was a wide variety of music from the boston pops to
rock and country. Every concert we went too the crowd was well behaved and very enthusiastic. Thanks for a great season. Bill and Nadine
-Your dedicated efforts put towards this venue over the years has produced a true jewel for the Lakes Region. My wife and myself were able to attend 4
concerts this past year and each one was outstanding. The atmosphere creates such electricity, that it brings out the best showmanship from the entertainers. Keep up the
great work and we can't wait for the 2003 concert series to be announced! -John & Diane Blaha Nashua & Gilford, NH
-WOW! Luap here with a great big THANKS! I have had the opportunity to have been to 'the brook' for the past few years, but nothing prepared me for the
new look this year. It reminded me of Tanglewood. We saw: Huey, Allman Bros, and Tull. Great seats, great sound, ambiance fantastic. Thanks for letting me know about
other shows that are up and coming. We purchased tickets for YES at the Whit, and I got 10th row because you informed me that early on-line sales were starting at 10:00
on Friday... what luck! Keep the good news coming... I can't wait to become a member of the Inner Circle.
PS Quite a few people taking advantage of the drinking... glad to see the black X's on irresponsible individuals' hands.
PSS Sorry to hear about the complainer (second row - paid big bucks to have people block my view) about the folks coming down to the stage for the last few songs.... but
really, isn't that what it's all about? I had my elbows on stage for Allman Bros and Tull, and even got song lists from each... what could be better?
-Hi, I think it is a great place, Thanks for letting people get to the front at the end, It is a good thing you feel as you got your moneys worth, the
only thing that was bad was the cops outside the show, they suck. -Nick Misso
-I love attending concerts at Meadowbrook! I attended two last year and three this year and I can't wait to see what you have to offer next year. All of
my oldest child has attended her first concert ever with you. I usually utilize the lawn seats as I found your old seating clostophobic (I'll have to try your new seating)
I still enjoy the lawn seating, EXCEPT I would love to see restrooms on the hill that don't require access to the beer tent. It is a little inconvient to bring children down
throught he crowds as often as only a child could require. I'll never attend a concert anywhere else, your location is great and your shows are better! Thanks!
--Hi! We are coming back into 2003 as a Gold Inner Circle Member! My husband & I were lucky enough to get in on your Inner Circle last year. We saw Huey Lewis,
Styx/Kansas and Roth/Hagar and got my friend some tix for Meatloaf as a gift, which he loved. None of our tickets were beyond the 13th row which is a great seat! What
a great deal that is! Can't wait to spend all my money this year on your shows! Class acts with great seats and great food. Really love the pavilion, as we prefer
to be close but under cover at the same time! Staff at the box office is soooo helpful, give that manager there a HUGE raise!!! Ushers are very very courteous and
overall Meadowbrook is the best as far as I am concerned. I won't go anywhere else and look forward to being an Inner Circle member for a very LONG time!!!! -Lisa Tonneson
--I am way overdue to write to you and tell you how much we enjoyed the five concerts we attended at Meadowbrook this past summer. We are indeed fortunate to
have such a venue in our area. I particularly wanted to thank you for your kindnesses to my 86 year old mother who came to see the Daniel Rodriguez concert. Without your extra
special help, she wouldn't have been able to come as she is severely limited in her walking ability. Bill the Box Office manager was so helpful and arranged for the golf cart
to take her to her seat; then RJ made her feel quite special when he drove her to her seat; and last but not least, Bob Harding, when the golf cart failed at going home time,
backed his personal car up to her seat and drove her to our car.
Needless to say, she enjoyed every minute of the experience and called all her friends to tell them about it. She was still raving about it weeks later. So you all made an old
lady very happy - she said it was a once in a lifetime joy. I can't tell you enough how much your kindness meant.
We also enjoyed the Irish Tenors, Alan Jackson, Meat Loaf and Jethro Tull. Now we are waiting for Toby Keith and an encore of Brooks and Dunn!!! -Bonnie and Steve Epstein
-Just wanted to say I went to the Mellissa Ethridge concert with my sister Jackie who is from NH and her friend Lorraine. I'm from northern VT and most of the
concerts I have been to over the years have been in Montreal. In my opinion, ther is no comparison. Your venue is the best place to relax and enjoy the music and the atmosphere.
Sound was excellent, and there is no out of control crowd to deal with. I haven't been to a concert in years because of having to deal with crowds. I sat on the grass, had no
trouble seeing, and danced when the mood struck me! I had the BEST time ever at a concert-Thank you!!!! -Diane Ladue, Saint Albans, VT
